Changes for 2017 Parent and Grandparent Program

The 2017 Parent and Grandparent Program (PGP) re-opened on January 03, 2017. On December 14, 2016, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) announced changes to how applicants will apply to sponsor under the PGP.
